Return Policy

Can I return or exchange an item?

Of course, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, but if not, you have a term of 14 calendar days (counting from the day of receipt thereof) to change or return your product. Those shipments that arrive at our offices exceeding these dates, the claim will not be accepted and, therefore, the refund will not be made.

No refunds are allowed during the Discount period and / or Special Promotions. During this period, only changes in size, color or articles can be made.

The product must be in its original packaging, in perfect conditions and with the corresponding labels and the purchase ticket must be included in the box.

 

Who assumes the shipping costs?

The shipping costs of the original package will not be refunded and the postage of the return shipment or change will be made at the customer's expense.

 

How can I change or return an item?

To carry out the procedures of return or exchange, you must send an e-mail to elephanteme@gmail.com with the name of the subject "RETURN" or "CHANGE" (as the case may be) and in which you must include:

  • Reason for return or change (in the case of a change indicate the size or color for which you want to change).

  • Product name.

  • Product reference.

  • Date of purchase

You must wait to receive a reply email confirming that the product meets the deadlines and requirements to be returned.

 

YOU SHOULD NOT SEND THE GARMENT IF YOU HAVE NOT PREVIOUSLY SENT A MAIL INFORMING AND THE RETURN HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY OUR PART SINCE THE RETURN WILL NOT BE MADE.

 

Once the confirmation has been received, you must send us the package with the product in its original packaging, in perfect conditions and with the corresponding labels to our physical address. Do not forget to also include the purchase ticket.

How do you make the return?

Once we receive the package and after examining that it is in perfect condition, we will process the return. You will be reimbursed the value of the product by the same means in which the purchase was made. The refund of the amount will be made within a maximum period of 15 days from the reception in our offices of the package.

We advise you to keep the proof of delivery in case of any incident with it, it will serve as proof against possible claims. Otherwise, Elephant Shop is not responsible for the return.

In case we receive the dirty, damaged, used product ... no refund of the product will be made, the only possible solution being a new shipment of the same merchandise. The new shipment will be charged to the customer.

General Conditions

  • The use of this website implies that you agree to the following conditions. Also when you validate the order means that you also accept the conditions of purchase.

  • All shipments called "standard" will be delivered within a maximum period of 3-7 business days, except orders called "urgent" that will be delivered in 48h (business days). Elephant Shop is committed to ensuring that these deadlines are respected as long as no incident occurs with the transport agency. Orders received after 6:00 pm will be processed the next day.

  • The shipping costs of those orders called "standard" will increase by 5 € the total of your bill.

  • The shipping costs of those orders called "urgent" will increase the total of your bill by € 8.

  • All orders received from Friday to Sunday or holiday will begin to be processed the next business day.

  • On holidays in the Valencian Community (Spain) or in Spain, no shipments will be made.

  • In case that once the order is received by e-mail, Elephant Shop notices that there is no stock of any of the requested products, the customer can request the payment of the garment or exchange it for another garment of the collection with the same amount.

  • Elephant Shop reserves the right to cancel any order.

  • Under no circumstances are shipments sent to PO Boxes.

  • The products that are added to the cart within the web, are not reserved, in the case that another customer finalizes purchase before, it is possible that the product appears as sold out.

  • Shipments to the Canary Islands: The shipping cost to the Canary Islands is € 16.99.The delivery time may exceed 7 business days
